Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to customize the site for return visitors, to measure how the site is used, and to support the advertising and visitor identification technologies described below. Most of these cookies are not required for basic site functionality, and you may decline them through our cookie preferences tool or disable them in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
Third-party embedded content — including video players, scheduling widgets, and form tools — may set their own cookies according to their own configurations and privacy policies. We do not control those cookies.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, including how often they visit, which pages they view, and what sites they came from. This includes Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting through Google Analytics Advertising Features. We use this information only to improve our site, our services, and our marketing. We do not combine Google Analytics data with personally identifiable information.
Google Analytics sets a cookie to recognize you as a returning visitor. That cookie is usable only by Google, and Google's use of the data is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. You may opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by disabling cookies in your browser.
Advertising Technologies
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). When you visit our site, the Meta Pixel may collect and transmit to Meta information including your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view on our site, and your interactions with those pages. Meta may use this information to deliver our advertising to you or to audiences similar to you, and may also use it for its own purposes in accordance with its own policies. Meta's handling of this information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta's Cookies Policy.
We configure our advertising tools to exclude pages on which you submit financial information to us, and we do not intentionally transmit financial details you provide — such as asset levels, income, or planning information — to advertising platforms.
Website Visitor Identification
We use a third-party identity resolution service (RB2B, operated by Retention.com, Inc.) that attempts to identify visitors to our website. Using cookies, device identifiers, IP address, and data from its own identity network, this service may determine your name, professional profile, and email address even if you have not submitted a form, contacted us, or otherwise identified yourself. We may use this information to follow up with you regarding our services.
We do not associate this identification with any financial information you submit to us, and we do not use it in connection with our existing client relationships.
You may opt out of this identification at any time at app.retention.com/optout. You may also limit it by declining non-essential cookies on our site, disabling cookies in your browser, or enabling a Global Privacy Control signal.
Embedded Video
Our site embeds video content hosted by YouTube. Viewing embedded video may result in information about your viewing activity being transmitted to Google. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed mode where available. Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your nonpublic personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
How We Use and Share the Information We Collect
We do not share nonpublic personal information about our current, former, or prospective clients with nonaffiliated third parties — other than service providers acting on our behalf — without prior notice to and consent from you, unless required or permitted by law.
In the normal course of business, we may share nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated service providers who help us deliver and administer our services, including custodians, portfolio management and financial planning software providers, customer relationship management systems, and email and scheduling platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
We may also disclose nonpublic personal information:
- As required by law, such as in response to a subpoena
- To satisfy a request from a regulator
- To prevent fraud
- To governmental entities in connection with our anti-money-laundering obligations, including disclosures required under the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 and its implementing regulations
Email and Text Communications
If you provide your email address or telephone number, or if we identify it through the visitor identification service described above, we may contact you about our services and send educational content. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect service-related communications regarding your accounts.
Your Privacy Choices and California Rights
Much of the information we collect about clients is regulated under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and is exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act. For information not subject to that exemption, California residents may request to know what personal information we have collected about them, request its deletion, or request its correction, subject to applicable exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where technically feasible.
To make a privacy request, or to ask that we stop identifying you through the visitor identification service, contact us using the information below.
Data Retention and Disposal
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations. As a registered investment adviser, we are generally required to retain certain records for at least five years. When we dispose of information we are not legally required to retain, we do so in a manner reasonably designed to protect it from unauthorized access.
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those employees and agents who need it to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your nonpublic personal information, and we maintain an incident response program to detect, respond to, and recover from unauthorized access to customer information. In the event of a breach involving your sensitive customer information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information by unencrypted email.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Our site may provide links to third-party websites for the convenience of our users. We have no control over the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those websites.
